Kosha/Bhuna

– Spiced lamb, cooked until dry, melt in the mouth (on request)

Breads

Traditional thin roti

– Healthier and lighter flat round bread dry fried on a flat pan (Tawa)

Naan

– A long thin leavened bread, traditionally cooked in a clay oven (on request)

Paratha

– A flat unleavened bread thicker than a roti made with ghee and fried on the tawa (on request)

Chutney’s/Sauces

Yoghurt Sauce

– Yoghurt, fresh mint, and cumin blended together – cool and simple

Tamarind chutney

– Water, tamarind paste, jaggery (indian sugar) and chilli

Vegan green chutney

– Blended Avocado, fresh mint & fresh coriander, lemon and green chillies

Tomato and Onion salad

– Tomatoes, fresh coriander, gherkins and onion dressed in lemon and vinegar – super tasty & refreshing

Choose your bread
Roti – a very light bread, suitable for smaller appetites or more of a snack option
Naan – a much more substantial choice
Paratha – much richer and more calorific!

Choose your filling
Choose from meat, chicken or vegetarian (Vegetarian is aso vegan unless specified)

STEP 3

Add chutney/sauce, roll and eat
